Weekly Station & Mobile Facility Work

Facilities choose you for weekly station coverage or a route at the hourly rate you publish, and send you work orders and plan visits that you price yourself. The facility approves your hours and prices. Accept or decline any week, and work for other clients too.

To accept jobs on NorTech you'll need general-liability coverage of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, with NorTech listed as Additional Insured. You'll upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) during onboarding.

Licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and general contractors can be booked for the bigger jobs on NorTech (kitchen remodels, panel upgrades, repipes, and more) once their license is verified — not just small handyman work.

Independent contractor opportunity · No fees to apply. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — all providers complete a background check before their first job.
