NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption for general repairs, and when a project is larger or requires a licensed contractor, it's bid on by NorTech-verified licensed contractors so the right professional handles it.

Independent providers are familiar with these homes and can patch plaster, repair original woodwork, and handle the small repairs that newer-build work sometimes overlooks.
