Heat Pump HVAC Conversion
in San Francisco, CA

NorTech uses upfront pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book anywhere in San Francisco, including the Mission's 94110 ZIP. Each local pro sets their own price, and because the price is set in advance there are no surprise hourly charges at the end of the job.

Every job is handled by background-checked and insured independent providers. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption for general repairs, and when a project is larger or requires a licensed contractor, it's bid on by NorTech-verified licensed contractors so the right professional handles it.

Yes. San Francisco's older Victorians, Edwardians, and TIC units often have plaster-and-lath walls, decorative trim, and quirks from decades of settling. Independent providers are familiar with these homes and can patch plaster, repair original woodwork, and handle the small repairs that newer-build work sometimes overlooks.

Enter your San Francisco ZIP — The Mission, Noe Valley and every nearby neighborhood are covered, choose Heat Pump HVAC Conversion, and you'll see a price before you commit. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the work is finished — the whole booking takes under two minutes.

Every independent provider on the platform is vetted and background-checked before they're allowed to take a job. Providers plan for street sweeping schedules, SFMTA meters, and garage alternatives so they can arrive on time in every SF neighborhood.

Your pro does. Every job in San Francisco carries the pro's workmanship warranty, never shorter than the published minimum (at least 30 days, and at least 90 on tile, flooring, doors, and windows), and anything covered that isn't right gets corrected by your pro at no charge.
