NorTech uses pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book in ZIP 94301 and across Palo Alto. Each local pro sets their own price, and because the rate is fixed up front there are no surprise hourly charges.

Every job is handled by a background-checked and insured independent provider. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that exceed that threshold it goes to bids from NorTech-verified licensed general contractors.

Providers on the platform choose Palo Alto jobs that fit their experience, because precision in these homes isn't optional. The network here works with homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, short-term-rental hosts, and local businesses across Palo Alto single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, multi-unit properties, high-end residential, and commercial properties, so you can book a provider for your soft washing who actually knows local homes.

Report it within 72 hours of the job through your NorTech account and your provider comes back to finish it at no charge. Natural re-soiling or regrowth after the visit is not covered.
