Bathroom Refresh
in Palo Alto, CA

NorTech uses pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book in ZIP 94301 and across Palo Alto. Each local pro sets their own price, and because the rate is fixed up front there are no surprise hourly charges.

Every job is handled by a background-checked and insured independent provider. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that exceed that threshold it goes to bids from NorTech-verified licensed general contractors.

Yes. Palo Alto has more Eichlers than anywhere on earth, and providers understand their post-and-beam construction, radiant slab floors, and floor-to-ceiling glass, so work like painting, flooring, and repairs is done with that mid-century design in mind.

Enter your Palo Alto ZIP — Old Palo Alto, Crescent Park and every nearby neighborhood are covered, choose Bathroom Refresh, and you'll see a price before you commit. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the work is finished — the whole booking takes under two minutes.

Every independent provider on the platform is vetted and background-checked before they're allowed to take a job. Providers on the platform choose Palo Alto jobs that fit their experience, because precision in these homes isn't optional.

Your pro does. Every job in Palo Alto carries the pro's workmanship warranty, never shorter than the published minimum (at least 30 days, and at least 90 on tile, flooring, doors, and windows), and anything covered that isn't right gets corrected by your pro at no charge.
