Why we built this
Bay Area homeowners deserve the same quality of experience they get from every other product in their lives. A four-hour arrival window, a price that doubles on arrival, and a contractor who doesn’t text back? That’s not acceptable here.
So we built NorTech: pricing set by local pros, confirmed booking windows, vetted independent pros, and a workmanship warranty that’s published publicly. Not because the law requires it, but because it’s right, and because our neighbors deserve it.
